At SodaStream Israel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sparkling water experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via our website portal or phone to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your product.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the CO2 cylinder if applicable.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the package back to our central distribution center via a tracked courier service or drop it off at an authorized SodaStream collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
